1. Information about the affiliated persons of the endowment fund is not information constituting an official, commercial or other legally protected secret.

2. The Endowment Fund maintains records and ensures full and timely disclosure of information about affiliated persons of the endowment fund.

3. The procedure for disclosure of information about affiliated persons of the endowment fund is established by the charter of the endowment fund.

4. Individuals and legal entities affiliated with the endowment fund are required to provide the endowment fund with information about their affiliated companies within seven calendar days from the date of affiliation.

5. The decision to conclude an interested-party transaction by the endowment fund is made by a simple majority vote of the members of the Board of Trustees who are not interested in making it due to affiliation.

This Law regulates public relations that arise during the creation, management and liquidation of endowment funds, the formation, replenishment, and dissolution of endowment funds (endowment funds) and the use of their investment income, and the trust management of assets of endowment funds (endowment funds).
